Pre-assembled fastening systems for increased efficiency

CapTec®, ARNOLD's unique fastening system, adds impetus to your processes. CapTec® cuts assembly times, costs are reduced, you need fewer suppliers and the cost of small parts management sinks.

CapTec® has numerous application options – principally in the automotive industry, but in mechanical engineering too. CapTec®'s benefits are particularly obvious in the case of overhead assembly (for example fastening oil pans) because the pre-assembling fastening system greatly reduces handling work. Combined with a supporting sleeve CapTec® can be ideally used where sleeves are incorporated into plastic parts. CapTec® copes fully with the application of force and the component's surface pressure requirements. Furthermore, ARNOLD offers the option of placing a screw to be additional secure against coming loose.

CapTec®

You can choose from two variants: screw and sleeve with or without additional element. With the first version the screw and sleeve are connected by a plastic ring. This ring provides a high level of flexibility and can be disassembled for repairs. Solutions without the additional element are particularly cost-efficient.
