Selection process at ARNOLD
Get to know each other. Decide well.
Depending on the position you are applying for, the selection process may vary. We would like to give you some building blocks on how we prepare ourselves and you to make a good decision.
Telephone interview:
In a 20- to 30-minute telephone interview, our goal is to get to know you better and learn more about your professional and personal skills. During this interview, you will have the opportunity to get more information about the position you have applied for.
Interview:
During the interview, you will meet your recruiter and manager. We would like to talk to you about your background and learn more about you as a person. We will probably also ask you technical questions. Of course, this interview will also be about your future position. We will describe it to you in more detail and will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
Trial day:
You will spend the taster day with your future colleagues. You have the opportunity to look over the shoulder of one or the other and get to know each other.
Tips for pupils
There are said to be young people who know what they want to become since kindergarten. If you already know your dream job and ARNOLD offers it, then the best thing to do is to apply directly for a student internship (BORS/BOGY), a summer job, an apprenticeship or a dual study program. If you are still undecided, we will gladly support you in finding the profession that suits you best. To do this, it's important that you find out what you really enjoy, what you're passionate about, what you're passionate about, and what you love to do. Then there is the question of what you are really good at. It is extremely interesting to ask this question to others, because for yourself it is so normal what comes easily to you. You may not even be aware of your strong sides. That is why your own skills and knowledge are often forgotten in the application.
Important: Keep the piece of paper well and look at it again and again to see if everything is still correct. Make yourself comfortable at your favorite place and write it down in peace.
After all these preparations, you are well on track and ready for the final spurt: your application. We look forward to receiving your application!
