Today, the ARNOLD Group employs almost 1,500 people and achieved a global turnover of 300 million euros in 2023. The company's strategic focus areas are New Mobility, Future of Work, digitalisation, sustainability and internationalisation.
At a kick-off event for various activities to mark this anniversary on 28 June 2024 at the Rauhbusch plant, representatives of the Würth Group, including Robert Friedmann (Chairman of the Central Managing Board of the Würth Group), Rolf Bauer (Honorary Member of the Advisory Board of the Würth Group), Alois Wimmer (Executive Vice President Production of the Würth Group) and Michael Dartsch (Senior Vice President Production of the Würth Group), as well as ARNOLD management and the Works Council, and paid tribute to the company's successful development. "ARNOLD enjoys the highest reputation in the Würth Group. The modern spirit and the ability to react flexibly to changes in the market environment are decisive for this success," says Robert Friedmann.
Important measures were taken as part of the continuous strategy process in order to secure future positive development. These include the reorganisation of customer management, the definition of the three business units (Fastening Solutions, Functional Components and Fastening Systems) and the optimisation of support processes. With this organisation, the aim is to more than double turnover by 2033 in a challenging market environment.
In order to meet the various challenges in the individual areas and successfully lead ARNOLD into the future, the management team will be expanded from 1 July 2024. As CEO, Dirk Döllner, currently the sole Managing Director, will continue to be responsible for strategic corporate management as well as the HR & Organisation, IT, Purchasing and Finance & Controlling support processes. In future, he will be supported on the Management Board by Mario Metzger (Chief Marketing Officer), Thorsten Lienhardt-Schuster (COO Fastening Systems), Lukas Schmieg (COO Functional Components) and Bernd Weidner (COO Fastening Solutions).
Robert Friedmann and Alois Wimmer conveyed the congratulations of the Group management and wished the new management team every success and a steady hand in future decisions.
