Near-series testing and optimization

In our comprehensively equipped testing laboratory with stationary testing equipment and two robots, we can analyze your joining points comprehensively and under conditions similar to those in series production. Whether friction elements, press-fit elements, or flow-hole elements, we are happy to determine the optimal joining parameters for you and test the formed connection in shear and head pull, evaluate micrographs and microscopic images, and combine the findings with those from other test procedures such as leak tests or images taken with thermal imaging and high-speed cameras.
