Screw failure analyses

Analysis and testing of screw connections

In addition to customer-specific tests, we also offer a wide range of standard tests in our screw laboratory:
For example, assessments of hot-tightening behavior in accordance with VDA 235-203, torque testing in accordance with current standards such as DIN 7500-1, DIN 267-30, and DIN 267-31, and friction coefficient testing in accordance with DIN EN ISO 16047. The testing options are rounded off with a test bench for dynamic testing of the locking behavior of screw connections under transverse stress in accordance with DIN 65151 and DIN 25201-2 and the measurement of preload force using a load cell and ultrasound.
