Conform® Next
Next generation of cold forming – sustainable, cost-efficient, multifunctional

Our Conform® Next parts are manufactured using specially developed production technology that includes multi-stage presses with over ten forming stages, component-specific inline machining for complex internal and external geometries, and various customer-specific testing, assembly, and packaging options. In addition, we guarantee 100% leak testing throughout the series and complete traceability at the component level through DMC marking. This advanced manufacturing process allows for virtually unlimited applications and design possibilities. Our product range extends from components made of special materials such as aluminum and copper to thin-walled parts with external threads and components with lengths up to 150 mm and diameters up to 50 mm.

For the mobility of the future

Conform® Next – battery structural parts

For our structural elements, which are mainly subject to mechanical requirements, we use common materials for solid forming as well as aluminum materials from the body and chassis sector. Examples listed below:

  • Through-hole bushings for screwing or welding
  • Multi-functional special screws with sealing features for example
  • Reinforcement components

Conform® Next – power electronic components

Utilize copper plug contacts as an alternative to conventional turned/milled parts. Our copper com- ponents are realized by economical production and efficient use of materials. Examples include:

  • High-voltage plug (round contacts, flat plug)
  • Power bushings
  • Components with transverse hole
  • Components with a sealing feature

Conform® Next – parts for coolant connections

Standardized Coupling features are possible to the same extent as customer-specific designs. Specifically, the connection to the coolant circuit can be realized by welding or soldering as well as screw solutions with additional sealing.

  • Coolant nozzle for screw fastening or soldering
  • Fluid connectors
  • Distributor nozzle
  • Special design
