PIAS® KP
For increased torque requirements

Thanks to its specially developed locking contour, the self-stamping nut meets increased requirements for the transmissible torque. The self-stamping function ensures that the maximum available material is optimally filled and locked in a form-fitting manner. This creates a particularly resilient connection that reliably meets the highest performance requirements. The self-piercing nut is processed using self-piercing technology – both in fully automatic systems and with manual insertion.

Corrosion
resistan

It can be used without hesitation in steel and aluminum sheets with strengths of 250 to 600 MPa and sheet thicknesses of 0.6 to 2.5 mm. This allows it to be flexibly and safely incorporated into a wide variety of components. This long-proven element can be used reliably and safely in any production process.
