- Training
During your training at ARNOLD, you will learn your profession step by step, both in theory and in practice. You will work in various departments, take on your own tasks, and be supported by experienced trainers. This will give you the opportunity to discover your strengths and develop both professionally and personally.
- School internships
As part of a school internship (e.g., BOGY or BORS) or a voluntary internship, you will gain initial insights into the world of work. You will learn about different activities, support our teams in their day-to-day work, and find out which profession suits you best. This will give you a realistic impression of what it's like to work at ARNOLD.

- Dual study program
During your dual study program at ARNOLD, you will combine theory with practical experience in the company in an ideal way. In alternating periods at the DHBW and in the company, you will first learn everything you need to know during your studies and then apply your theoretical knowledge directly in your everyday work. Various departments and a wide range of independent tasks await you. You will be accompanied and supported by experienced supervisors. This will allow you to develop your strengths in a targeted manner and grow both professionally and personally.
- Working student position
As a working student, you will spend up to 20 hours per week in a department at ARNOLD alongside your studies. You will be involved in day-to-day business and be responsible for your own projects. This will give you the opportunity to gain valuable experience.
- Internships
As part of your mandatory internship, practical semester, or voluntary internship, you will support a department in its day-to-day work. You will have the opportunity to get involved and take on your own projects.
- Thesis
You will work on an exciting task at ARNOLD as part of your bachelor's, master's, or technical thesis. This will give you the opportunity to get to know ARNOLD better. A contact person will support you throughout the process.
