Drum Multifeeder
Range of applications for drum multifeeder:
- Sorting capacity up to 250 rpm.
- Up to 6 elements per sliding cycle
- Pressing tools with up to two punching heads with no multi-distributor, each punching head being supplied with nuts via a feeder tube
- Pressing tools with up to 16 punching heads with nuts distributed to the individual punching heads inside the tool, with up to two 8x multi-distributors, each multi-distributor being supplied with nuts via a feeder tube
- The mulitfeeder pusher units in the drum multifeeder can supply nuts directly to a single punching head or multi-distributor with up to eight tracks
Drum Powerfeeder
Range of applications for Powerfeeder drum feeder:
- Up to 250 rpm.
- Pressing tools with up to 6 punching heads
- Up to 6 feed hoses per conveyor
- C-frame and C-frame systems
The pusher units on the Powerfeeder drum units can directly supply nuts to a single punching head per track. Feeders with up to six tracks are possible.

Segement Airfeeder
Range of applications for segment airfeeders:
- Sorting capacity up to 70 rpm.
- Up to 6 feed hoses per conveyor
- Conveyable elements are various components (depending on application)
- Particularly gentle and reliable feeding
- Pressing tools with up to two punching heads with no multi-distributor, each punching head being supplied with nuts via a feeder tube, assisted by a support unit
- Pressing tools with up to 16 punching heads, combined with two multi-distributors with up to 8 outputs, each multi-distributor being supplied with nuts via a feeder tube, assisted by a support unit

Drum feeder
Range of applications for drum feeders:
- Bulk production at pressing plants
- Fully automated feed
- Depending on version, can be deployed for up to 16 punching heads simultaneously
- Total feed output up to 300 nuts per minute
- Full process monitoring of feeder unit and tool components inside pressing tool
Segment feeder
Range of applications for segment feeders:
- Pressing tools with up to six punching heads, each punching head being supplied with a screw via a feeder tube
- C-frame and C-frame systems
- Depending on the element in question, the sorter output capacity of a segment conveyor is approximately 40 elements per minute
Vibration feeder
Applications for vibration feeders:
- For short-series production requiring between 40,000 - 100,000 nuts each year
- C-frame and C-frame systems
- Manual work stations
- Presses where no disturbing
- Vibrations occur at the point where the vibration feeder is installed. This point needs to be discussed with ARNOLD
- A punching head can be fitted on each track
