ARNOLD understands Tooltec in the press shop to be a process-reliable solution for the automated processing of screws and nuts. The systems are compact, easy to maintain, and designed for high cycle rates. Depending on the application, cycle times of up to 60 rpm for screws and 100 rpm for nuts can be achieved—with multiple joining points possible per feed system.

A sensor-monitored tool lock, flexible pneumatic and bus-compatible connection technology, and secure quick couplings ensure maximum process reliability. Different joining directions—both from above and below—enable flexible application design.
