Inspection of components and connecting elements

In consultation with you, we test components and connecting elements under a wide variety of load scenarios. These include dynamic testing of locking behavior in accordance with DIN 65151, salt spray tests in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9227, industrial climate tests in accordance with DIN 50018, and numerous other customer-specific tests in our partner laboratories. A power supply stand and measurement technology for ultrasonic-based preload force measurement are also available for in-depth analyses. Our testing portfolio is supplemented by other procedures such as tensile tests, material and microstructure analyses (including SEM), mechanical tests, friction coefficient determinations, and many more.
