The ARNOLD Charger supports you in exactly this area: It sustainably reduces scrap parts and ensures optimized process monitoring directly during operation. The precise positioning and localization of defective parts allows you to measurably increase your production and quality performance. Parts inspection during production, secure mechanical locking, and clear separation of good and bad parts minimize complaints and reliably prevent faulty batches. Low-wear batch containers with a damping function provide additional protection for your components. Media such as oil or emulsion are collected and returned to the machine in a targeted manner. 
The result: less scrap, higher productivity, and an automated process you can rely on – for small parts, bulk goods, screws, nuts, plastic parts, or turned and milled parts.
