Strux®
The extra powerful self-clinch screw

The Strux® press-in screw is the first choice for heavy-duty connections in thicker sheet metal. It is suitable for steel, aluminum, and copper sheet metal and can be used with a minimum sheet thickness of 2.0 mm – there are practically no upper limits.

Thanks to its robust geometry and form-fitting press-in process, the Strux® screw achieves very high torque and pull-out values, even in demanding applications. Another advantage is the ability to process multiple press-in screws at high speeds, enabling particularly efficient and economical series production.

Versatile
application

As an alternative to conventional welding methods, the ARNOLD Strux® press-in screw offers several advantages. It helps to reduce pollutant emissions and requires less energy overall during use. It also reduces the costs of testing and inspection tasks. Another advantage is that there is no thermal weakening at the connection point.
